Constructed with thicker monofilm than most sails in the lower areas exposed to most impacts, the upper areas have lighter weight monofilm, keeping the weight to a minimum. Experienced windsurfers like instructors, have been pleasantly surprised when they've taken the Express for a spin in a fresh breeze. It makes a good freeride sail, offering superior low-end compared to the T4, at the expense of speed and top-end performance.
